1. Quick Consultation Refunds
For Quick Consultation services ($2.50):
- Full Refund: Available within 24 hours if you're not satisfied with the consultation.

- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.
2. Service Package Refunds
For Half-Day, Full-Day, and Medical Translation services:
Before Service Starts:
- More than 24 hours before: Full refund (100%)
- 12-24 hours before: 50% refund
- Less than 12 hours before: No refund
After Service Starts:
- Not satisfied during service: Tell us immediately and we'll stop the service. You'll be refunded for the unused portion.
- Not satisfied after service: Request refund within 24 hours of service completion. Full refund available if you're not satisfied.
3. Emergency Service Refunds
For emergency services (2-hour response):
- Once the emergency service has been initiated, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
- If we're unable to provide the service due to circumstances beyond our control, full refund will be issued.
4. Premium Surcharge Refunds
For premium surcharges (Emergency, Night, Weekend/Holiday):
- If the premium service is not delivered as promised (e.g., response time exceeded), the surcharge will be fully refunded.
- The base service fee follows standard refund policy.

6. Refund Processing
- PayPal Payments: Refunded to your original PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- Bank Transfer: If paid via bank transfer, please provide bank details for refund.
- Currency: Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original payment (USD).
7. Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in the following cases:
- No-show without prior cancellation (less than 12 hours notice)
- Providing false or misleading medical information
- Abusive or threatening behavior towards our staff
- Request made after 24 hours of service completion (except for satisfaction guarantee cases)
